This study aimed to investigate the relationship between obsessive disorder and social anxiety with guilt feeling in second-grade high school female students in Gorgan. This research is a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population consisted of all second-grade high school girls in Gorgan, and based on the Kerjesian and Morgan's table, 364 students were selected by random cluster sampling method. To collect data, the Obsessive Beliefs Questionnaire, the Social Phobia Questionnaire, and the Eysenck Guil feeling Questionnaire were used. The results of this study showed that the correlation between obsessive beliefs and social anxiety with guilt among second-grade high school girls in Gorgan was statistically significant. Based on the results, obsessive beliefs and social anxiety have effects on guilt feeling while obsessive beliefs have higher prediction power than social anxiety.
